Integrity
Loans Managers shall observe high standards of honesty and integrity in conducting their business and in the provision of services.
Objectivity
Loans Managers shall recommend the product which best suits the client’s needs and disclose to the client any limitation on their ability to provide objective services.
Competence
Loans Managers shall provide competent service and advise and maintain the necessary knowledge and skill to continue to do so in those areas in which the Loans Manager is engaged.
Fairness
Loans Managers shall provide services in a fair and reasonable manner.
Diligence
Loans Managers shall act with due skill and with due care and diligence in the provision of services.
